Before scheduling any hypnosis programs, it is essential that you carefully review the terms and conditions. Additionally, you will receive a copy of these terms and conditions to review, agree to and sign before committing to any sessions.
1.1.For all of my hypnosis services I offer hypnosis packages comprising 4 hypnosis sessions and the investment for the package is £495 and this price includes the complimentary MP3 hypnosis recordings given out after each session.
Duration of each session can vary between 20 minutes – 90 minutes, all dependent on the correspondence with the subconscious mind. If any subsequent sessions are needed, e.g. for more complicated anxiety issues such as OCD they are charged at £75 each.
1.5. All session fees are payable in advance in order to secure the booking, failure to do so will result in a cancellation of the session.
1.6. You are required to remember to pay the session fees on time, and please note, you will not be reminded to do so by Alex Saxton.
2.1. Therapy requires commitment and motivation to gain the best results. Part of the progress happens during the sessions, and part is achieved through reflection and doing the assigned homework
2.2. As a client you commit to engage with the process both during the session and afterwards, by completing any homework that you are given
2.3. Throughout your therapy (inclusive of initial consultation/sessions) you will be treated with respect, including respecting your privacy and confidentiality (see point 8)
2.4. You in turn agree to treat your therapist with respect, including the privacy and confidentiality of all employees of Alex Saxton Hypnotherapy
2.5. If your conduct should contravene these standards, then we reserve the right to terminate the session and or refuse any future sessions. Any payment for sessions made in advance will be forfeited
2.6. You agree to attend sessions on time
3.1. You have the right to cancel any order made over the phone, by email or via text as per the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
4.1. Our cancellation and rescheduling policy requires at least 24 hours notice in writing or the full session fee will be charged. This minimum period of cancellation allows Alex Saxton Hypnotherapy the opportunity to offer the cancelled session to another client
4.2. Appointments booked less than 24 hours in advance cannot be cancelled or rescheduled without the full fee being charged
4.3. Any request for a refund for advance paid sessions cancelled prior to the agreed 24 hours will be made by direct payment to your bank account within 5 working days of the date of the request
4.4. If an emergency requires Alex Saxton Hypnotherapy to cancel your session, as much notice as possible will be given to you (see point 7). If this notice is less than 24 hours you will be entitled to a full refund for the session if you prefer not to reschedule. This will be processed within the above timescale
5.1. If you are running late or anticipate running late for your session, please get in touch with Alex Saxton via email. Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate lost time, this is not always possible and therefore please understand that the session may have to finish at the originally scheduled finish time
5.2. Continued tardiness to sessions or frequent cancellations made within 24 hours, will result in a discontinuation of therapy with Alex Saxton Hypnotherapy

People react differently to hypnosis and other therapeutic techniques used in the sessions, so results may vary from person to person
8.2. Therapy duration and number of sessions estimates are based on those provided to previous clients, however as all clients and conditions are unique these estimates are subject to change and in some case more sessions will be needed

9.35. Any hypnosis MP3 recordings received from this practice should never be used while operating heavy machinery, driving, having a bath or performing tasks which require concentration. They may only be listened to in a safe place like a bed or a chair. These recordings are intended for relaxation purposes only. They are not a medical or therapeutic device and aren’t intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition or disease
