You may be set homework tasks to complete in between sessions that are designed to enhance the benefits of the hypnosis work that we carry out during sessions, and to further your progress towards meeting your goals. It is expected that as the Client that you will be 100% motivated to do your homework given and turn up to each online session as planned.
Each individual responds differently to hypnosis and the other techniques that I use, so I plan and tailor your coaching to best match your needs, individual requirements and personality type. I use a multi-modal approach based upon your individual needs.
